Contact your distributor and make sure to provide them with the following information:

Evidence of installation: Photograph showing the date the tire was installed on the vehicle.
Mileage record:
Photographs of the odometer showing:
- Mileage at the time of installation.
- Mileage at time of warranty claim.
- Dates corresponding to both records.

Reimbursement

Credit note refunds will be issued directly by Tire Direct only to our direct customers. If you did not purchase directly from us, the process will depend on what your distributor instructs.
