Tire Direct stands behind the quality of our Blackhawk tires. For this reason, we offer a warranty against incidental road damage for the following models:

How to make the warranty valid?

To request the warranty, it is necessary to send the following information to the following e-mail address ventas@tiredirect.com.mx:

Damage photograph: Clearly shows that the tire is irreparably damaged. Includes a brief explanation of the incident.
Identification of the product: Legible photograph of serial number, DOT number and remaining tread depth.
Conditions of application:
- The warranty applies only if the tire has a remaining tread depth equal to or greater than 2 mm.
- If the tread depth is less than 2 mm, the warranty will not be valid.

Reimbursement

If the warranty is honored, a credit note will be issued for 100% of the invoiced value of the damaged tire.
